Walls and floors tanked to BS 5385, underfloor heating laid, then tiled by a single tiler for consistency.

Sanitaryware fitted, taps and showers commissioned, joinery and decoration completed.

Always. Floors are dust-sheeted, walkways are protected with Correx, and any furniture that stays is wrapped before we lift a tool.

Every job comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee in writing. Materials carry their manufacturer warranties on top of that.
